In June 2004, RTD (BV) of Holland successfully acquired ownership of “Steeltest Australia”
This very exciting corporate acquisition will see a new era develop in the “Non Destructive Testing Services” available to Australasia industry. The acquisition will be able to offer RTD Steeltest’s clients access to over 1,000 highly trained personnel located worldwide and the most sophisticated inspection equipment available.
The RTD Steeltest office is situated in Perth, Western Australia and is the 5th main global office for the RTD group.
RTD Steeltest will be focused on providing services to the Australasian region. Areas of operation will include Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, China, Korea, the South Pacific, the Middle East and of course Australia.
RTD Steeltest’s geographical areas of operation will be strengthening the RTD Group’s global presence, which already has divisions located within Europe, America, Canada and Africa. Other branch office include Belgium, Germany and the Czech Republic.
The RTD Group provides a comprehensive range of Non-Destructive Testing services for the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industrial fields on a worldwide basis . We specialize in pipeline and high tech inspection services On & Off Shore.
To ensure that we provide our clients the most advanced standards of Non Destructive Testing possible, the RTD group is continually instigating research and development programs to further improve the technology that we offer our clients.
Research and development is expensive to undertake but by making this investment we can continue to provide our clients leading edge solutions and innovative inspection methods.
